This session considers issues which are central to the understanding and assessment of performance measurement within any organisation. The main issues requiring consideration by management are:

• Setting performance standards and targets
• Linking rewards to performance
• Considering the potential benefits and problems of performance measures.
About the Presenter: Mahmood Reza, (FRSA, ATT, MCMI, FCCA) is the owner-manager of an accounting, business services and training organisation. He lectures on various professional courses and is also an associate lecturer at Aston University. He has been involved in many training projects worldwide.
