Course Description: The new rules on IR 35 will affect large and medium companies, as the extension to the private sector takes place in April 2020 - now not until 2021. The end user (client) will become responsible for determining whether IR 35 should apply. The end user will also need to apply withholding and face penalties if it fails to do so. The measure is projected to affect 150,000 contractors and bring in at least £2Billion in to the Treasury. About the Presenter: Jeremy Mindell has been lecturing in taxation for over 20 years. His audiences have included tax and share scheme conferences, employees, external clients and staff.
